How to Make Flat, Square Edges on Sheet Metal

In this video, Nancy LT Hamilton shows you how to achieve flat, square edges on sheet metal using either sandpaper, files, the guillotine shear, the Wolf Belt Sander, or the miter-cutting vise/jig. The video includes specific instructions on how to use the miter-cutting vise and instructions on the use of the triangle and the drafting compass. Nancy will also show you how a block of wood and a couple of files can help you obtain 90° angles.
