  1. Hi Sandi, Sorry to hear about you getting sick from your work. Unfortunately, many people have no clue how dangerous jewelry making can be. Hopefully, your email will help others to learn to protect themselves. Thanks for writing, I appreciate it! Nancy

  2. Thank you so much for this video. Sadly, many of us have no idea how dangerous some of our jewelry making activities can be. I wish I had known this information before I made myself sick from sanding and polishing without a mask and inhaling fumes from soldering and liver of sulfate. I’m inspired to learn more to protect myself. Thanks again!

  3. This was such a great video! I blush to admit that I have become a little lackadaisical about safety in my studio so this was a fabulous reminder to shape up! 🙂 And some of your comments had me burst out laughing! Thanks so much!

  4. Great video thanks for info. I have been a little lazy about using my mask when sanding and polishing ,but no more . Peace Benita

  5. Thank you for this great video! As a self-taught silversmith I constantly worry about maybe not knowing some of the safety issues, so videos like this are fanatsic.
